Protege 3.2 Beta update (build 300)

There is a new beta build available on our Web site:

Changes
-------
1. The Protege-OWL source code was migrated out of SourceForge and into Stanford's Subversion repository:

http://smi-protege.stanford.edu/svn/

As a result, the build numbers for Protege-Frames and Protege-OWL have been synchronized at 300.  (In case anyone is wondering why we jumped from 243 to 300).

2. Fixed the project inclusion bug that was causing the "NullPointerException". The absolute and relative paths to included projects are now saved correctly in the including project file.

3. Fixed "Save As..." bug for projects that include other projects.
