Protege 3.2 Beta update (build 311)

Changes in Core Protege & Protege-Frames
---------------------------------------------
1. Added a plug-in called "Change Management" to the bundle of plug-ins 
available for installation during the Protege install process. "Change 
Management" is a tab plug-in that allows users to track and annotate 
changes to Protege ontologies. More information about the "Changes" tab 
is available on the Protege Community Wiki:

2. Fixed the JessTab's "plugin.properties" file to indicate its 
dependency on PAL. The warning message about the PAL engine not being 
available to the JessTab no longer appears if PAL is already installed.

Changes in Protege-OWL
--------------------------
1. Added a plug-in called "OWL Debugger" to the bundle of plug-ins 
available for installation during the Protege install process. The 
plug-in is a tool that helps people debug OWL-DL ontologies. More 
information about the OWL Debugger is available on the CO-ODE Web site: 
http://www.co-ode.org/downloads/owldebugger/. Thanks go to the CO-ODE

2. Added a plug-in called "Manchester OWL Syntax Editor" to the bundle 
of plug-ins available for installation during the Protege install 
process. The plug-in provides an alternate way to view and edit 
descriptions of OWL named classes in Protege-OWL. More information about 
the Manchester OWL Syntax Editor is available on the CO-ODE Web site:

3. Fixed the OWL build.xml file to include the build.properties file.

4. Fixed some null pointer exceptions that occurred when loading an OWL 
model with the database back-end. In particular, there were problems 
with the Metadata tab which have been resolved.

5. Fixed a problem where the client was not correctly initialized when 
loading a server OWL project using a database back-end.
