Protege 3.2 Beta update (build 324)

Changes in Protege-OWL

1.  Many minor bug fixes for the initial SWRL-Jess bridge release. =20
Major fix for built-in support - the core SWRL built-ins should now work=20
for string and integer types.  The remaining types will be supported=20
shortly.  Thanks go to Martin O'Connor for these contributions.
