Protege 3.2 Beta update (build 339)

Changes & Bug Fixes in Protege-OWL
----------------------------------------
1).  Added a plug-in called "OWL DL Individuals Tab" to the bundle of 
plug-ins available for installation during the Protege install process.  
This plug-in provides a DL style view of individuals in Protege-OWL.

2).  Added a plug-in called "OWL Unit Test" to the bundle of plug-ins 
available for installation during the Protege install process.  This 
plug-in provides a mechanism for describing the expected classification 
status of individual OWL classes, and a test facility that checks 
whether or not the actual classification corresponds to the expected 
classification.  More information is available on the CO-ODE Web site:

CO-ODE team at the University of Manchester for this submission.

3).  Fixed a bug related to changing the active ontology in the Metadata 
tab that caused a NullPointerException.

4).  Fixed a bug that caused infinite recursion when converting a 
Protege-Frames project to a Protege-OWL project.  This problem occurred 
when a class was an instance of itself.
