Hi guys, The error "Out of memory detected. Please increase the heap size and try again." got during reasoning via pellet 1.5(direct) in protege 3.5 beta, Sorry, which I did not know how to handle yet, does any one who can help to handle? Why protege 3.x still suport pellet 1.5? while the protege 4.x can suport high version pellet or other reasoners, like Fact++, HermiT. And now, the Jess rule engine which can support SWRL well and used widely, right? Does it mean the pellet will be replaced by Jess or other rule engine? at least, the pellet 1.5, I think, is old for protege 3.4 or later. BTW, if I want to run SPARQL statements written in sparql panel in protege, first, the reasoner should be launched since the implicit relationships can work, should not it? Hope to get your guides and any reply are highly appreciated!
