Hi Wentao, You need to increase the memory available to Protege. There are some instructions here: http://protegewiki.stanford.edu/wiki/Setting_Heap_Size I don't believe the reasoners in Protege 3.5 will ever be updated. Protege 4 is underpinned by a different API to Protege 3, which more reasoners (and newer reasoners) provide implementations for. Hence, if you want more robust reasoning support and more up to date reasoners you probably need to use Protege 4 (4.2).
