display labels with specified language other than English

Hi,

I added labels in German to ontology terms and specified xml:lang="de". 
In this case, when I render 'german label', it will display term ID. 
However, if I did not specify the language, the display is fine. I 
attached a simple example.  Term 'assay' with label in German and not 
specify language but term 'data transformation' did. You can see the 
difference when render using annotation property 'German label'.

Does Protege only handle the label set as String, xml:lang="en" and no 
language or data type specified? I worried without specifying language, 
it may cause problem when use ontology in other applications.

What do you suggest on handling different languages issue?
