Hello all I have integrated 3 owl files to a single owl file. I am using protege 3.4.8. My queries are how can i write queries to combine the 3 classes , instance..and get result. I have tried with many tutorials. I couldn't find relevant one. Another query is how to use Jena with my protege OWL file.
