Protégé 4.1 and JessTab configuration

Hello,

I'm having trouble configuring JessTab with this Protégé version in ubuntu
12.04,  Jess is installed in /opt/jess.  Protégé 4.1 in /opt/Protege_4.1
and its plugins subdirectory contents is below,

ap214.exp
ap239armlf.exp
beangenerator.jar
jess.jar
JessTab17.jar
ontostep-plugin-1.0.0-beta1.jar
org.coode.dlquery.jar*
org.coode.owlviz.jar*
org.protege.editor.owl.jar*
org.protege.ontograf.jar*
org.semanticweb.HermiT.jar
org.semanticweb.owl.owlapi.jar*
plugin.properties
uk.ac.manchester.cs.owl.factplusplus.jar

There is also a jess subdirectory in the Protege_4.1 directory with the
file scriptlib.clp.  The relevant environment variables are,

JessTab does not show up anywhere even in the Window/Tab menu option.  How
come this please?
