If you want to use the code generator that comes with Protege 4 then you 
go to the Tools->Generate Protege-OWL Java code menu.

If you want to use the code generators that come with Protege 3.5.* then 
you need to get the latest Protege 3.5 and try out the menus underneath 
the Code menu.  I think that the "Generate Protege-OWL Java" code is the 
most recently updated code generation plugin here.  I believe that the 
last time I tried the Kazuki Java classes mechanism, it did not work.

If you want to use the ontology bean generator then you need to install 
some version of Protege 3 (perhaps as old as Protege 3.3.1).  I don't 
know anything about this plugin but it does look a bit older (last 
update was 2008 and it indicates compatibility with Protege 3.3.1 which 
is pretty old.)
