Hello Ru,

You could have a look at the program "Migration from 3.1 to 3.4" [1]
Once your Protégé project is converted in 3.4, you could open your OWL/RDF
file with Protégé 4.X.

Doing in this way, you won't be able to keep forms correctly because
Protégé porjects made with 3.X can't be opened in 4.X.
