Any viable approach to develop KBS using Protege?

Can anyone help me to suggest any viable approach to develop Knowledge-based system using Protege?

Hi,

I am afraid the PSM Librarian is no longer supported by the Protege 
team. It's not a viable method to develop knowledge-based systems using 
Protege.
