Hi Gane,

Yes, WebProtege is built on a plugin architecture, just like Protege 3 
and 4. Since WebProtege is a web application, its plug-in architecture 
is of course very different from the ones underlying the desktop 
applications.

Please take a look at [1] if you are thinking about developing plug-ins 
for WebProtege.
