[protege-user] Saving ontographs constructed with instances and classes

Hello,

With Deskto version 5.6.4 of Protégé, it is possible to save an 
ontograph's file constructed on some classes withOntoGraph. Why is it 
not possible to do the same with an ontogoraph file consructed on a 
class a and instances of that class ?
