On the GitHub issue tracker (https://github.com/protegeproject/owlviz/issues/19), several people reported getting an older version of OWLviz to work with the most recent version of desktop Protégé: >> I had the same issue. Downloaded everything and set the path correctly... Didn't work. Tried it out with an older version of GraphViz: 7.0.2, then it worked With best regards, Samson On May 5, 2025, at 1:26 PM, Haugh, Brian A via protege-user <[email protected]> wrote: I never got OWL Viz to work in Protégé on Windows. The objects are all stacked at the top left corner of the screen. From previous messages on this list, I understand that OWLviz requires Graphviz. I have installed Graphviz (version 12.2.1 for 64-bit) and set the location in the Preferences>OWLviz. I checked to be sure that the system recognizes the path to Graphviz in the Windows terminal. I also installed Graphviz in Anaconda, as one response on this list suggested. Can anyone suggest anything to do next?
