Jean-Louis, FYI, I don't think this is a problem with 5.6.4 in general
because I can't recall seeing that error and I use 5.6.4 more or less every
day on some fairly large and complex ontologies. My best guess is that it
has to do with some plugin. I wasn't sure what ODBA meant in this context.
My first thought is: Object-Database Access and it has something to do with
a plugin for connecting the A-Box with a relational database... but that is
purely a guess. Also, in general, a Warning isn't all that serious. On the
other hand, when you get text in Red it often is a serious error. But as I
looked at that second image (Log Preferences) more carefully, I realized
that is just a generic message on the preferences for defining your log
preferences so the red in that message (at least I'm pretty sure) is not an
actual error but rather an example (hence the foos and bars) of what
different kinds of errors will look like with your current log settings.

Again, my best guess is the issue is a Plugin. For example, I use a Plugin
that always causes an error if I try to open one of the Windows where I'm
using the plugin without first running the reasoner and I just ignore it.
Do you get the "Reasoner Active" message after you run the reasoner? Does
the reasoner make expected inferences and can you click on a "?" and get
explanations? If yes then it probably isn't that serious an error.

Some suggestions:

1) Search through the log for "plugin" or look where you get the messages
and see if it mentions any plugins.
2) Copy the entire log and paste it into a text file using something like
Notepad and send the entire Log file.
3) If the sample ontology isn't that large and isn't proprietary send that
as well.
4) Create a new ontology, perhaps with just one class and one instance and
one data property and see if you still get the error.
