I have tried to go though "Setup in Eclipse PDE" (). After "Import the Protégé Projects to Eclipse" I'v got an error in "protege-editor-owl". In the next step "Convert Protege projects to Plug-ins" no one of the projects "protege-common, protege-editor-core, protege-editor-owl" could be converted. Next step "Compile Protégé" ended with a bunch of errors, so I gave up.. Thanks in advance for your help.
