Hi Folks,

I found a solution. I needed to replace the signature on Protege.app with a new one. It is easy to do via the Terminal (command is: sudo codesign --force --deep --sign - /Applications/Protégé.app). You may need to change the "/Application/Protege.app" part depending on where you put Protege.

Protege opens fine, and asks for access to things one time. I answered as before, but now just once. I am good.
