How to setup equivalent of rblsmtpd in tcpsvd

Dear sir,
We are running an qmail mail server and we had migrate
from tcpserver to tcpsvd in the recent past for listening smtp and
pop3 connections.
We need to reject connections from list of blacklisted IP address.
We found that the rblsmtpd will come with ucspi-tcp package which does
the job of rejecting smtp connections from the list of ordb database.
How could we acheive this using tcpsvd
Kindly help me out .
