vpopmail only comes into play when receiving messages destined for a
local address, after qmail-send.

When sending messages, qmail-inject only comes into play when sending
mail locally, i.e. not from the network, correct?

So how would you normally—sans vpopmail—use qmail-inject? I've tried
just symlinking qmail-inject to qconfirm-inject, but that didn't help
(which coincides with my previous paragraph).

But I know just enough to be dangerous, so I'm hoping you can shed
some light on the subject, forgetting about vpopmail.
