ipsvd patch

Hi people!  I prepared patch for ipsvd+matrixssl.  I removed <stdio.h>
It uses buffer instead.  With dietlibc sslio is 67K.

This is ipsvd-0.12.1 with matrixssl-1-8-open without <stdio.h>

get matrixssl-1-8-open.tar.gz and do:
	tar -xvzf matrixssl-1-8-open.tar.gz
	patch < matrixssl-1-8-open.patch
	mv matrixssl-1-8-open matrixssl
	tar -cvzf matrixssl.tar.gz matrixssl

get ipsvd-0.12.1.tar.gz and patch it with: 
	patch < ipsvd-0.12.1.patch

edit conf-cc and conf-ld to use 'diet -Os gcc'
and make a link:
	cd net/ipsvd-0.12.1/src
	ln -s /path/to/matrixssl.tar.gz matrixssl.tar.gz
