Upgrading to .14 from .9.3

I have been using qconfirm-0.9.3 for the last 3 years, and now need to
upgrade to the latest, according to the upgrade instructions I need to
install .10 .11 etc to reach .14. The problem is I can't find the
tarballs for anything less than .14. Please tell me where to find them.
