Hi all!

I prepared a patch for ipsvd/matrixssl-1-8-2.  It don't use stdio.  
For new 1-8-2 I introduced one new environ SSLIO_BAD_CERTIFICATE.  If
is is set programs will work also with some host which have bad
sertificate (pop.gmail.com:995).  Version 1-8-2 do strong certificate
checks than 1-7-3.  See README and the patch bellow.
