qmail+vpopmail+qconfirm

Hi, i am having troubles to qconfirm work.
The qconfirm don't send the validation mail to the sender's.

How is configured:

akira# pwd
/usr/home/vpopmail/domains/dominio.com.br/bruno
akira# ls
.qconfirm       .qmail          Maildir
akira# more .qmail
|qconfirm-check -n -d /home/vpopmail/domains/
dominio.com.br/bruno/.qconfirm/conf
akira# more /usr/home/vpopmail/domains/
dominio.com.br/bruno/.qconfirm/conf/QCONFIRM-PREPEND
dominio.com.br-
akira# more /usr/home/vpopmail/domains/
dominio.com.br/bruno/.qconfirm/conf/QCONFIRM_DIR
/home/vpopmail/domains/dominio.com.br/bruno/.qconfirm

I (the sender) always receive the message from my server with qconfirm:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mail.dominio.com.br.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<[email protected]>:
No delivery confirmation received.



I didn't confirm becouse he didn't send me the email to confirm.
