logs in local-time format.

Hi,
The log messages generated by socklog-unix/log/run file does not generate
the log in the unix time. If it can generate the logs, in the unix time,
then, we can pipe the output of the logs through tai64n2local, to generate
the logs in the local-time. Is there any socklog package with this option
available. Please let me know, if there is any other option, which can be
used to obtain the desired result.
