We increased the loading volume with our new technology. We supply you with CKD tricycle, you assemble them in local. All the spare parts are pre-treated in our factory, and it's very easy for you to assemble them with simple tools. More specifically there are four advantages of our new technical tricycle compares with CBU tricycle, 
1. Pre-treated. All sapre parts (body and frame) have been spray-painted in our factory, you don't need to do spray-paint again in your factory.
2. Easy Assemble.  Due to  this CNG 3 wheel motorcycle can be assembled with some simple tools. all spare part jointing is by bolt,  You don't need to set up assemble factory and purchase special assemble equipments and tools. It's very easy for you to assemble tricycle in local,  low investment but high profitablitiy .
3. Low freight. Through months hard work, we greatly increased the volume of  loading. Now one 40HQ container can load 40 units of tricycle. But other suppliers' tricycle, one container can load 27  units (CKD) at most. It is obvious that the freight is greatly cut down by our new technology.
4. Low import tariff rates . Generally, import tariff rates for CKD tricycles is much lower than that for CBU(completely built up) ones , you can also save a lot of import tariff.
To assemble tricycle, we do not need any special tools. there are only some simple tools such as wrench,hammer,point weld maching are requested.  And also you should have a small building around 100 sq.m. for assembleing tricycles. .It is really a good project to run, lower investment, lower risk, easier operation and high yield.
