Qconfirm-control Question

Hello,

I am trying to use the qconfirm-control function via email, but it doesn't
appear to be working. At first, when I would send an email to
[email protected], it would return user unknown. Then I
followed the "How to configure control through email" steps and now I send
an email to that address but nothing happens. No error. No email.

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong please?
