Hi, Many thanks for the qconfirm package. I love it, it works for me! Thinking outloud here.... Now, I think some of our clients would enjoy this program. I know we can control through email, this is a great feature when things are running. And ... ... I was wondering if there are ways to add people to the "OK list" from a remote location *before* they send an email ... Now it would be possible to add a program too .qmail which records all the senders. The logfile/dir would be in a format qconfirm would understand. After n new senders, a defined time period or a trigger by the owner. The new senders would be sorted. Checked agains the existing OK list. And an email send out too the user: Hi this is the qconfirm package, you have received email from 6 new address comming from 2 domains. #Use this line to accept all email from haarman.com haarman.com:=- #or select the users from haarman.com you wish to add: haarman.com:=-frans haarman.com:=-support haarman.com:=-info #Use this line to accept all email from smarden.org smarden.org:=- #or select the users from smarden.org you wish to add: smarden.org:=-qconfirm smarden.org:=-is smarden.org:=-something smarden.org:=-else The owner would remove the unwanted senders (and/or uncomment the things to be added ?) and reply to the temporary address. A confirmation could be send if a enviroment variable is set. Perhaps there could even be a way to remove entries from a temporary address set up by the confirmation.... Biggest problem is I cant code. So putting my money where my mouth is is pretty hard. I will try to write some scripts and see where it gets me. Other then that, feedback on this idea is very welcome :) Its all good. Something like this just seems usefull to me so I thought I'd share! Regards, Frans
