This seems to be a problem doing acknowledge for a specific address.
The steps probably are like these:
1. I send an email
2. qconfirm sends me a confirm request
3. I send the confirm, but the message has a wrong sender, that is qconfirm
remains in stand-bye waiting the confirm response, and the email is sended
to postmaster.

The problem is: why my response has a wrong sender? And if it's right, why
qconfirm doesn't check the response?

You think that's a vpopmail's problem?
All accounts work fine, only this test account for qconfirm has problems
