qconfirm at company level

Hi,

We discovered qconfirm and tried to implement it in our company.
The 'problem' is that for each mailbox, there has to be a confirmation mail.
As we do not want our customers to have to confirm for each mail they send
to a different person in our company, we assigned a common 'pending' and
'ok' directory for all mailboxes.
This doesn't work fine as all files are written with attributes -rw-------.
So other users cannot see the 'pending' nor 'ok'-files.

Is there a possibility to share the 'ok' and 'pending' files for the whole
company ?
