socklog-1.3.0 available

Hi, a new test package of socklog is available:

 http://smarden.org/socklog/

With this version socklog supports old-style syslog network logging
through UDP in cooperation with the runit package, for the use within
private networks.  The web page about network logging[0] has been
updated accordingly.
