Was this legal under the CAN-SPAM laws.  It seems to me that they 
followed the letter of the law and provided true information about their 
products and email source.  However, they under-handedly used this 
mailing list as a transport vehicle.

Should we notify [email protected] about our concern about their 
tactics?  I just don't want to see this abuse escalated to a point where 
I have to unsubscribe from all my mailing lists.
