Sorry, not me.  I don't use vpopmail, so I can't help you with that.
qconfirm programs run as a qmail-command(8), see the man page.  I'm
confident that if you run qconfirm-check(1) from a dot-qmail(5) file
that's processed by qmail-local(8), qconfirm will work fine for you if
you follow the documentation.  Try a local user's mail address instead
of a vpopmail one.
