qconfirm-cdb-update: fatal??

I try to update my qconfirm-cdb but I get the following error: $ /usr/local/bin/qconfirm-cdb-update -m0 qconfirm-cdb-update: fatal: unable to lock: ok.cdb: file descriptor not open $ id uid=101(alias) gid=100(nofiles) $ The only thing that seems to work for me is to delete the ok.cdb file and reissue the same command. Then it works fine. It doesn't seem normal so I wanted to know how to fix it. Best regards, Michael D. Peters
