sslio+tcpsvd

Did you consider adding SSL capability to tcpsvd, in the manner of 
ucpsi-ssl? I imagine that there's a significant latency penalty in 
initialising a new SSL context per connection, so using tcpsvd and sslio 
together should have a performance disadvantage cf doing SSL in the socket 
listener.

[I'd just use ucspi-ssl, but the lack of any license is a bit of a 
problem.]
