ipsvd Debian package dependency

Hi,

the ipsvd in unstable depend on libmatrixssl1.2 as i see at

http://packages.debian.org/unstable/net/ipsvd

due the fact that these lib isn't yet available i can't install ipsvd
with apt-get, does you know these?

Can i install ipsvd without these lib with apt-get?
