qconfirm and SRS

HEEELLLLPPP!

I use pobox.com to redirect email to me. They recently turned on SRS, 
the Misguided Sender Rewriting Scheme(tm), which completely breaks 
qconfirm. Has anyone else encountered this problem? What did you do 
about it? HELP!
