no problem.  note that you'd then have to use "tcpserver ... setlock ...
limitip" to keep the database locked, as it is unusable between read-in and
write-out.

thus you get to set each of the parameters $LIMITIPTO, $LIMITIPSIZE,
$LIMITIPTIME and $LIMITIPCONS through the customary mechanism of setting
environment variables in tcprules.  a default is set as usual using a simple
"setenv" near the top of the run-file.
