Sorry about that.  I have mouse problems (double/triple click weirdness).  
Will have to change the mouse.

But basically, if you can check the whitelist after the rcpt to,  if they are 
not in the whitelist push the qconfirm address into the rejection separated 
by some appropriate text.

You can also make this a flagged option as some people might not want/like 
this.
