qconfirm according to subject

Hi,
We have an account say [email protected] where we get many mails along 
with mails which come from an application where the subject is always 
like,
[fashion queries tips] ....
Can I use qconfirm to auto reply only to these messages using a 
pre-formatted reply? I want to send a auto-reply to those senders saying 
something like we got your mail and will get back to them later. Or am I 
abusing qconfirm by using it like this? Maybe someone can suggestion
alternative solution (even offlist).
