Qconfirm error

Hello all,

I'm new to qconfirm, and I'm trying to configure e-mail control.

I get the below error:

And the QCONTROL_OWNER is:

[root@ns4 conf]# more QCONTROL_OWNER
[email protected]

Any ideas?
