That can be done at the settings.

Yes, it's not just more classy. It's somehow more effective for a 
real break. Maybe because with a usual rectangle display the mind 
still thinks of work. An round image with a silhouette of person in a 
meditation posture triggers the idea of rest.

Perhaps we can even have the computer time shown.
