Windows "latest" download lacks unistaller fix

Hi, The "MS Windows Installer" link on http://www.workrave.org/download/ and the "latest version" link under http://sourceforge.net/projects/workrave/files/ seems to be 1.10.0, which apparently lacks the Windows uninstaller fix of 1.10.1.
