Share information between two operations

Hi all,

I use two OSes: Windows 8.1 and Linux. I usually change using them
when I'm working. When I do so, the time counter restart and Workrave
can remind me. For example, I set it will remind me every 45 minutes.
At minute 40, I need to change the OS and it needs more 45 minutes to
remind me. Is there any way to share the time I spent on computer
between two OSes, disregard which one I am using?
