No problem. Sorry for the delay. I noticed your question has already

The blue bar represents your 'active' time. It slowly fills up when you
are actively using the computer.

The green bar represents you 'idle' time. It slowly fills up when you
are not using the computer.

When the blue bar is full, you are prompted to take a break. If you
ignore the break, the blue bar turns orange.

When the green bar is full, you took a natural break and the blue bar is
reset. The green bar (i.e. your idle time) is reset as soon as you
become active.
