trigger external program when a break is started

Hi,

I am interrested if there is a way to trigger an external program when a
break is started in workrave. I see there is some networking functionality,
but i can't find anything about the protocol. I guess its not open
(easily). Do breaks get transmitted over this 'network'? If so is there
documentation about the protocol used so i can build a simple server to
listen in to break announcements.

Love the program and are using it for around 10 years i guess.

In case anybody interrested about the reason. I just got myself a
sit/standing desk with electromotor. And i noticed my workrave breaks can
be nicely synchronized to toggle sitting/standing. Therefore would like to
automate the desk to toggle at beginning of a break.
