I think "reading mode" is what you want. It's there in the right-click menu=
.

Subject: [Workrave-user] Workrave Tracking

Hi!

I'm new here! I think workrave is great so far.

I can't find one minor feature though: not tracking my mouse/cursor.

I use workrave to remind myself to look away from the screen for a few seco=
nds every few minutes, no matter what I'm doing on my PC, from work to watc=
hing videos.

The trouble is, I can't find a way to set workrave to track time whether I'=
m physically using the mouse/keyboard or not? So If I stop working to watch=
a video (or a tutorial) for a few minutes, workrave counts that as a break=
.

Is there a way to turn this off?

Thanks!
