Disable the rest break button in the micro-break?

Hi,

I'm fighting with myself for the breaks :) So I decided for the 
following scheme:

- micro-break (20 seconds) every 5 minutes to let the eyesight rest, 
postpone and skip disabled

- rest break (10 minutes) every 45 minutes, skip disabled, can postpone 
3 times.

The problem is that I learned how to get around it. :)

The micro-break has no postpone option, the rest-break does. But the 
micro-break has a "Rest break" option. This gives a possibility to 
postpone the micro-break.

Is it possible to disable the "Rest break" button in the "micro-break" 
window?
