Reset Workrave mode after restart

Hello,

Sometimes, I switch off Workrave by changing its mode to *Suspended*. Even
though after computer restart Workrave will send me a notification about
being in this mode, I usually ignore it, as with all notifications. Could
you please add an option to switch to *Normal* mode after computer restart?
