Missing Help/README/DOC

Hi!

I use WorkRave (on Windows) and miss a basic README/Help or similar
document, that would explain the basic features of the program. I
looked at the FAQ ( at http://www.workrave.org/documentation/faq/ , by
the way, the formatting on the page is wrong) but it does cover all
topics.

For example:

What is "Reading mode" ? It is an option in the menu, but I could not
find any description.

What do the Network items in the menu do?

PS: Are there newer releases on github? The workrave.org web page
links to sourceforge, where only older release are available.
